Event Description

The second of our Regional Workshops will enable us to all to update on actions and achievements from the first Regional Sales Workshops and make plans for even more Sales Growth.

Things like using the ‘Dead Space’ calculator to maximise existing staffing and create additional revenue from current school relationships. We identified over £4m so it will be great to see what has been achieved.

Plus how you have integrated the 6 key words into your sales strategies – Process, Focus and Consistency (Momentum)  inside your business and Know, Like & Trust outside of your business with pupils, parents and schools.

New opportunities will focus on:

  • How to implement Game of Actual Life into your sales strategies
  • NTE workshop outcomes and actions taken/planned
  • Summer camps and September planning /contract renewals
  • How to join Accountability Groups to drive your sales with specific campaigns

There will be time for lots of your input, discussions and feedback
